Commercial Energy Performance Certificate in Gloucestershire
Commercial energy performance certificates are required to be obtained by landlords when renting or selling a commercial property. Examples include: retail units, offices, industrial units, commercial buildings, warehouses, supermarkets and guesthouses. Once issued, the EPC will be valid for 10 years or until another is produced. Please fill in our online form and we will provide you with a quote. If you are a private landlord for a residential property (that isn't an HMO), you will require a Domestic EPC. |
Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES)
Commercial Landlords ~ from the 1st April 2018 changes to legislation make it unlawful to let (new tenancies) commercial properties with an EPC rating of F or G. From 1st April 2023, this rule will be extended to apply to all commercial properties with existing tenancies in place.
